Delivery Information

We offer national delivery on all non-large items throughout the UK mainland. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the UK mainland, including the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.

National deliveries will normally be made via Fedex but sometimes this may vary. And multiple products may come from different warehouses and therefore may not be delivered together.

Our national delivery costs are determined by the product type, size, and weight. All delivery options and costs will be calculated before checking out and processing your order.

If your item is in stock, we aim to deliver it within 3 working days using the national delivery service. However, if your item is not in stock, we will contact you within 48 hours and advise on the new expected delivery date and give you the option to proceed or request a full refund.

Larger items such as Sit-on Lawn Mowers, ATV’s, UTV’S, Tractors, Trailers, large Brushcutters, some Pedestrian Lawn Mowers and other large Grounds Care Machines are only available to purchase within a certain area. The reason being is we use our own transport and staff for such large items.

Our own delivery times take a little longer than using a courier but you will receive our personal service, a fully assembled machine ready to use, instructions/guidance on how to use the machine and you won’t even have all the packaging to dispose of as we will recycle that for you.

If your item is in stock, we aim to assemble it, run it up, test it and deliver it within 5 working days. However, if your item is not in stock we will contact you within 48 hours and advise on the new expected delivery date and give you the option to proceed or request a full refund.

Unfortunately we can only offer this service to the following area postcodes; TQ, EX, TA, BS, BA, SP, BH, DT. Large products sold outside of this area will only be given the option to click & collect.

The delivery cost of our own delivery service depends on the delivery location. All delivery costs will be calculated before checking-out and processing your order.

We offer a free click & collect option from the following three locations. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect at your selected location. Please take note of our opening hours as orders will need to be collected within these times.

If your item is in stock at your selected location, we aim to have it ready for collection the same day. However, if your item is not in stock or at your selected location, we will contact you within 48 hours and advise on the new expected delivery date and give you the option to proceed or request a full refund.
