We hope that you are fully satisfied with everything you order from ABA Groundcare. However if you need to return any product from your order, please return the unused product in their original packaging, within 14 days of receiving your order.

We can offer you an exchange or a full refund, providing the product is still in perfect condition, complete and with original tags attached. We may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange if the product is used/damaged/worn or has passed the 14 day return date.

To ensure your return is processed in a timely manner, please include a copy of the original invoice with your returned product, and email weborders@abagroundcare.co.uk with your original order number, contact details and reason for return.

We are unable to reimburse any ‘return’ delivery charges and cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in transit.

If you’re reading this section, we’re sorry. We work closely with our manufacturers to sell quality products, but sometimes things do go wrong.

We work closely with our manufacturers to sell quality products, but sometimes things do go wrong. Therefore, should you receive a faulty product, please return the faulty product within 30 days of receiving your order.

Depending on the fault, we may offer you a repair, exchange or refund.

To ensure your return is processed in a timely manner, please include a copy of the original invoice with your returned product and email weborders@abagroundcare.co.uk with your original order number, contact details and details of the fault (including images if possible).

If a manufacturing fault occurs after this period, it may be covered by warranty subject to the manufactures terms and conditions. Please see our Warranty page for more information.

Please note that faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear from the end user is not covered by ourselves or manufactures. Therefore, any repairs carried out will be chargeable to the customer.

We take care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if you unpack your product and find it damaged, please return the damaged product within 14 days of receiving your order.

Depending on the damage, we may offer you replacement parts, exchange or refund.

As soon as we have received your returned product and agreed a refund is due, we will process a refund within 2-14 working days.
