STIHL AP 200S BATTERY
The most lightweight battery in the AP System. Replacing the AP 200, the AP 200S has the same recharge time, weight and energy content, but with the added benefit of integrated STIHL Connected. The AP 200S also now works even better in cold temperatures.
36 V, 5.2 Ah Lithium-Ion battery. The AP 200 S is a high capacity battery that powers any tool within the STIHL AP System. With an energy capacity of 187 Wh, the battery has an integrated LED charge indicator, clearly displaying as and when the battery needs charging.
KEY FEATURES
- Improved cold start. The AP 200S calculates the voltage drop caused by cold temperatures and adjusts the current accordingly. This ensures maximum power output and enables the battery to warm up efficiently.
- Connected integration. Latest version of Connected allows users to see working time, health status and charge status on the App or Portal. All AP system batteries now feature Stihl Connected.
- IPX4 certification. Like all AS and AP System batteries, the AP 200S is IPX4 certified thanks to the encapsulated electronics and sealing of each individual cell.
- New lithium-ion label. All Stihl batteries feature high quality lithium-ion cells, the AP 200S now has it displayed on the front.
- Extremely robust. Internal drop and robustness tests go beyond the legal requirements, ensuring longevity and reliability.
- Power boost. The maximum power output has increased from 1.2kW to 1.9kW. This feature will benefit new machines launching from 2025.
- Constant power. Stihl batteries have constant power, meaning the performance of the tool will not decrease during work and as the battery discharges. The tool will work with the same consistent power until there is no energy left in the battery.
- Charging. Compatible with the AL 101, AL 301, AL 301-4 and AL 500 charger unit.
